Terms of use

These terms explain the intended use and limits of ClaimThread.

Using ClaimThread

ClaimThread is a self-directed tool for recording consumer claim or dispute information, including notes, dates, timeline entries, next actions, and supporting items. It may let you create an export that you can save or share.

No legal or professional advice

ClaimThread does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. It does not determine whether a claim is valid, complete, timely, or likely to succeed. Using the app does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship.

Your responsibilities

  • Enter and review accurate information.
  • Independently confirm deadlines, requirements, addresses, contact details, and amounts.
  • Preserve original records and any backups you need.
  • Ensure that you have the right to store and share content you add.
  • Use ClaimThread lawfully and respect other people's rights.

Local storage, permissions, and exports

ClaimThread stores app content locally on your device. You control optional permissions through iOS Settings. When you export information, Apple's share sheet sends it to the destination you choose. We cannot control or retrieve information after you export it. Deleting a case or the app may permanently remove local content; we do not keep a server copy.

License and ownership

Subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Sun4Ai Technologies grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use ClaimThread on supported Apple-branded devices you own or control. You retain ownership of content you create or add.

Availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimThread is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will prevent a missed deadline, preserve a right, produce a refund, resolve a dispute, or lead to any particular outcome. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
